Ordinary and Associate Member
Attach the following documents:

  1. Copy of Identity Card or Passport.
  2. Copy of all Higher Education certificate. (Certificate/Diploma/Degree/MSc/PhD)
  3. Proof of payment.

Student Member
Attach the following documents:

  1. Copy of Student Card.
  2. Copy of Identity Card or Passport.
  3. Proof of payment.
  4. Statement Letter by Dean / Head of Department. Download Statement Letter Form

Technician Member
Attach the following documents:

  1. Copy of Identity Card or Passport.
  2. Copy of all Higher Education certificate. (Certificate/Diploma)
  3. Proof of payment.

Payment:
The fee must be paid in full before registration. Payment can be made payable to:

Refund:
Refund is subjected to membership approval within 3 months.
