Payment Policy:

  • Deposit payment amounted RM 250 must be made upon confirmation for each participants by 31st May 2025.
  • RM 3,500 will be collected 5 months before departure
  • Balance payment to be settled within two month before the departure date

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of a replacement person or a one- time change of the trip date.
  • Change of Trip Date: A management fee will be applied for any changes made to the trip date within two months of the scheduled departure.
  • Flight Ticket Issuance: If flight tickets have already been issued, only 50% of the second payment will be refunded upon cancellation.
  • Cancellation Within Two Months: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within two months of the departure date.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Additional charges may apply if any unscheduled events occur during the trip.

Accommodation and Services:

  1. Accommodation: Accommodation is provided as listed in the itinerary or an equivalent (twin- sharing basis). The package includes stays in 3 to 5-star hotels.
  2. Services Included: The package includes international flight tickets, one way domestic flight, travel insurance (for Malaysian residents), visa application, 10 nights’ stay, an English-speaking tour guide, transportation, driver, tolls, petrol, meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), entry tickets to listed attractions, boat rides, and jeep rides as per the itinerary.
  3. Services Excluded: Personal expenses, mini bar items, extra beverages, and any additional charges incurred due to unscheduled events are not included in the package.

General Terms:

  1. Itinerary: The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or other travel-related issues.
  2. Traveler’s Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring their passports, visas, and other travel documentation are in order before the trip.
  3. Liability: The tour operator is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond their control
  4. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is provided for Malaysian citizens.

  • All prices are based on per pax
  • Discount RM1,000/ pax for kids between 3 to 5 years old, sharing room with two adults + extra mattress
  • Discount RM500/ pax for kids 6 to 11 years old, sharing room with two adults + extra mattress
  • Infant: RM850
