These improvements simplify procedures, optimise resource utilisation, and save costs while improving safety through predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring. They also promote sustainability by encouraging green technologies, reducing waste, and increasing energy efficiency. The subject stresses the need for professionals and non-professionals to embrace these technologies to improve productivity, safety, and sustainability while tackling issues such as cybersecurity and harmonising with global sustainability goals. Finally, it advocates for a collaborative and ethical approach to developing smarter, safer, and more sustainable solutions for the future.
