1-Day Workshop on Complex Engineering Problem Solving
November 11MYR550 - MYR650
The workshop is organised by the Malaysian Society for Engineering and Technology (MySET). The Washington Accord at its meeting in June 2012 has evaluated all its signatories' graduated attributes (programme outcomes), knowledge profile and complex problem solving according to its own statements, as part of the continual improvement process to standardization. As a result, all signatories including the Board of Engineers Malaysia/Engineering Accreditation Council (EAC) are expected to address those characteristics explicitly. The EAC as such had introduced the revised 2012 manual to address the issue. Although the issue of complex problem solving has been discussed at various workshops and seminars but not explicitly. This workshop will address complex problem solving with the expectation for institutions to apply the process and thereby also be prepared for accreditation by EAC
